What is A2 milk?
A2 milk is cow milk produced from desi Indian breeds with a hump on their back. A2 milk contains the A2 protein which makes it more nutritional and healthy than regular cow milk that contains the A1 type Protein.
A1 milk, which is primarily produced from foreign breeds like the Friesian, Ayrshire and Holstein, contains the A1 protein, B Tac, Morphine 7, BCM-7 and B7 that are harmful for human health. These ingredients found in cow milk cause digestive discomfort, inflammation, bloating and stomachache.
It is therefore recommended that you drink A2 milk from Indian cows that naturally produce only the A2 protein. Desi cow milk makes a huge difference leaving all other milk varieties behind when it comes to digestive comfort, nutritional value and overall health.
So, if you’re still stuck with regular milk, switch to A2 milk today and feel the difference.
Where exactly does A2 milk come from?
Regular milk contains a mix of A1 and A2 protein but A2 milk contains only the A2 type which is considered healthier and better for human health and digestion.
The A2 beta-casein is found in desi cow milk of Indian breeds. At Gouamrit, we mainly breed and raise Sahiwal cows to produce wholesome A2 milk in order to meet your nutritional needs.
How do you know it is all A2 and no A1?
At Gouamrit, we produce only the natural A2 milk from Sahiwal cows.
